2 of the last 3 wickets have been flukes of Johnson proportions. One good ball in between got Mccullum. And I said we needed a wicket before lunch, we got 3. So no noone is going to cash in...except our top order.

This road of a wicket is boring me.

is Rhys Young seriously the best keeping option for New Zealand???

I know McCullum wants to not keep, but surely theres a better option than him. Hes not young either, 32.

When Australia were all out for 98 at the MCG Ashes test last year I said 'might be an okay score ... we'll see how the Poms go'

The Poms scored 513 after an opening partnership of 159.

I am not going to say the same thing here.

Something like that will happen. Warner and Hughes could combine for an epic opening partnership to bat Khawaja out of the team.

And signs of the sun peeking out. Hopefully it comes out and bakes Hobart in between the innings.

If I was the Kiwis I'd declare at 9 down. Forcing Martin to come out and bat does nothing but put your best bowler at risk of injury.

If I was BunniesMan I would probably kill myself, as everything I'd say or do does nothing but prove I'm a moron and bring down the average intelligence of humankind, Australians, New South Welshman, NRL fans, Cricket fans and any other group of people I choose to associate myself with.

From what I've been told he's probably the best "keeper" and as sad as it is his batting has improved, but it's not test level.

Better than Gareth Hopkins.
