It's hard to understand the incompetence of NRL referees sometimes. How can you freeze frame it one time when the ball is buried into the turf and half a toe might be on the line, and come to that conclusion? If you slow that replay right down I bet you can also find a frame where some of the ball is on the ground while the foot is inside the line. It's a disgraceful call really, and a 12-point turnaround.
