Hey TT, know much about Samed Yesil from Leverkusen? We've apparently bought him for 1 million pounds.

Also Carroll gone to West Ham season loan with a permanent buy clause if they stay up.

Actually the top epl clubs give more to bottom clubs, Any money from group stages of CL goes to them

Arsenal bought those players knowing they would clear the decks, the plan was Bendtner, park,Squilaci, vela,RVP, being sold would more than cover the money spent to Replace them.

In the end im not even full focused on arsenal, its more the middle clubs that will never get a chance to win a title again, its always going to be Man utd, Man city, Chelsea with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Newcastle battling for the minor places.

Its even worse in spain, i prob wont ever see my Valencia win the league title again.

Onto deadline transfers

Michael Essien on Loan is being rumored but will be rejected, Remy,Dempsey,Cabaye, all being looked at The moment.

Maybe the FA should enforce financial regulations like the DFL do. Arguing about a team playing under strict financial regulations is silly.

Not much from watching him dude sorry never seen him play for B04, I don't think he has played in the league for them. I know he's scored a lot of goals for German youth teams. He did well in the tournament the Joeys were ripped off against Brazil. That's really all I've heard about him.

I did see that he's aiming to crack the team regularly in about 2 years. I hope he does well it would be good to see Liverpool become a CL regular again. Big name, big history football needs them and Germany needs a striker.

For the first time since Alonso was at the club we look to be headed in the right direction again which is nice!

I dont get it

why pay 35 million for a striker then loan him out to a recently promoted team

Cause the idiot that bought him is a knob and wasted 100mill on useless players. If rodgers had that money to use to rebuild that team, he woulf have them top 4 easily.

Possibly the worst 100 mil ever spent within 1 year
I wouldn't have minded if we kept him around but Rogers was barely going to play him so at least he'll be a starter at West Ham. (and probably score a hatrick against us)
If this means we can now get Dempsey then its a good move I guess

Del Piero to sign with Sydney FC
http://www.footballaustralia.com.au...o-Agrees-To-Finalise-Sydney-FC-Contract/48831

Sydney FC Chairman Scott Barlow is proud to announce that Italian football legend Alessandro Del Piero has agreed to finalise details on a contract with the Sky Blues after rejecting all other offers.
Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata will fly to Italy over the weekend to conclude the signing of the contract in what is the biggest signing in Australian sports history.
“This is huge for Sydney FC, huge for the A-League and huge for Australian football,” Barlow said. “We feel honoured that Alessandro has decided to play for Sydney FC and we share his excitement that a move to Sydney FC will create a lasting legacy for football in this country.
“I want to thank Tony Pignata and Lou Sticca for the outstanding work over the last few days in progressing discussions with Alessandro and look forward to Tony finalising the contract in Italy over the coming days.”
2012/13 Sydney FC Memberships are now on sale with Public Transport to and from the game from all over Sydney covered in the Membership price.

Great for the A-League, might actually try and make it to a game or two this season.

I like the look of Hiroshi Kiyotake. Takashi Usami should get a lot more game time at Hoppenheim but publicly shitting on your team mates after your first game isn't smart

Don't forget Yuto Nagatomo at Inter.

Japan's current crop are 20+ years in the making.
