    I noticed that but I didnt think you get a free interchange when going off? Isn't it just a free one for that player to come back on if cleared? They didn't even attempt the concussion test when he went off

    Rochow left for Melbourne when we were dirt poor. Came back when the Tinkler cash was flowing and then left when it dried up. Don't begrudge players making money but he hasn't displayed much loyalty particularly after being paid well for 2 injury riddled seasons.

    I really don't get why journos talk about the NRL getting there $20m back on Knights and Dragons. They didn't pay anything for either of these clubs. They might have tipped in a bit of cash to offset loses but I would think this figure would be south of $5m

    I agree about generally not reading to much into 9s but anything that is positive after last year would have been good. Making quarters/semis could have been a good confidence boost for youngsters like Lamb

    I've seen Grevsmuhl play some really good games and in form he would be an asset. There are rumours doing the rounds about some personal issues. Not sure how true they are? Maybe good idea to start him on a one year deal and see how he goes? I haven't heard any other clubs linked to him?

    I thought there was some rule about having to get special approval for players outside the top 25 to play first grade when you had fit available top 25 players in the same position? Maybe that just applies if you are right on the cap and the match payments are going to be over?

    Saw the news limited headline and thought surely not a knights player. Hope the injuries aren't as serious as first thought and he makes a full recovery.

    Dont know the exact details but id assume there is some third party accident/damages cover. The older players have really basic income protection but it if i remember correctly there is a fairly long waiting period to be off work before the payments kick in and im pretty sure the level of cover...
