    Kicking for touch

    Yep... not like it's hard to spot though. AI kicking is pretty lame in the game, they never kick for field position, only for touch... and on the other side of the coin, once you master the art of kicking, 40-20s are way too easy to pull off, I'm doing them just about every time I'm on...

    Two questions about the statistics

    A hit up is registered when you run straight up at the defence and attempt to bust through. A completed set is when you get a kick away at the end of a set or get tackled on the 6th, you don't actually have to have 5 tackles, but if you get a kick away up field the set is considered completed.

    kicking a field goal?

    Also using the drop goal style across field also works better than putting up a bomb when searching for your wingers in-goal. The bomb is useless, it never goes as deep as you aim, even when using a player with full 10 stats.

    What do you have to do to.......

    In god mode, if you create a team with full stats, or fill an existing team with players all with their stats at 10, god mode becomes much easier.

    What's doing with everyone's PS2s? I've been playing this game every day since the 11th on my PS2, and a mate's one aswell, and it's never frozen up... your PS2s must just be wearing out.

    You want them to scan the faces of 400+ NRL players, plus another 250+ ESL players? That would waste so much time it's not funny, there are other ways of doing it, look at Tony Hawk's Underground, they use a photo of you off the internet to create a caracter that looks like you but in CGI...

    I scored a try today after one of my players got hit in a head high tackle and dropped the ball backwards and I picked it up and ran over the line... but play was called back and I was awarded a penalty, I missed out on the try after that and lost the game. Also, there needs to be some sort...

    My Quibbles

    After the 3rd tackle and you pass long straight from dummy half, it's setting you up for a kick... when flat footed, you can put really good kicks in... especially bombs near the try line, and 40-20s are way easy if you use the "flat footed" players

    I've noticed a couple of things... if you get held up over the try line on the fifth tackle, you still get the scrum feed instead of being a handover. Also if you do a short kickoff and the opposing team catches the ball on the full inside 10 from the halfway line gives a penalty to the kicking...

    How could you lose? I won the grand final on Reserve Grade, 74-0... and the goal kicking sucks balls... why do you kick from 20 out on every kick... and the system is dodgy, and changes all the time. The same timing can do totally different things.
