    I have no issue with Simms going. It would be good to have a replacement for him. I feel a good spine for us at the moment would be, Hunt to hooker Sullivan to half back Mbye to 5/8 Sloane to fullback Amone to 14. It's a shame it will not happen.

    I would like to see Bird move back to the second row, i do not feel he plays direct enough for 5/8. His first thought is to run rather than use the ball. If Simms is leaving move Bird to his spot and Amone to 5/8.

    Spot on be55. The depth of our backline is awful. We can see this but the coaching staff cant. I just don't understand. It is something you learn in juniors and yet our backline play flat most of the time. I have been a supporter of Griffin and Hunt but this stops with them to fix.

    I struggle with having Gosiewski and Ford in the squad. If Burgess has not been stood down pick him. Also i would have Moga or a young Jayden Hunt instead of Ford. I just don't think Ford is NRL standard. Burns, McGuire , Sullivan, Sua all out does not help. Looking forward to have a full squad...

    Bird is a good player and gives 100% every time he plays. $450000 is the money he is worth. If he wants to leave so be it. We have to remember if the younger brigade are successful we will need to correctly manage our cap for the future so we can keep our top players.
