    Back onto the topic, how many Broncos will make the team this year. On form only Lockyer should make it, though with Bennett the coach I would not be surprised to see about 6 of them. If Wayne Bennett had his own way, we would probably see the entire Broncos team line up for the Roos.

    I doubt a current SOO player would jeopardise his rep career by joining Souths. Cronulla would at least give him a chance of playing finals football and the lifestyle in Cronulla would also be much better.

    Who will replace Anasta at 5/8th?

    Reni Maitua will be the five-eigth next year. For those people who believe he should stay in the back-row, where would you play him considering the likes of Willie Mason, Andrew Ryan, SBW, Nate Myles and perhaps Tony Grimali are already there ?

    Could SBW be a five-eigth?

    You could stick SBW anywhere on the field and he will still be a great player, but his best position will be as a back-rower, though if the injuries do persist over his career I would not be surprised to see him in the centres.

    Anakin Harrison

    Who could blame him, playing for the Newtown Jets PL team is about as attractive as South Sydney is to players at the moment. It will be interesting to see how the Telstra Stadium deal goes given that Souths have lost their best player and not signed anybody of any real quality.

    Paul Green and Scott Sattler have got to be the worst commentators in the history of Fox Sports, with Junior Pearce not far behind. Gary Freeman is at least entertaining at times.

    He tried his best, I'll give him that and he was quite decent in defence, though he has once again shown that at the highest level he is incapable of performing to the standards we expect of him. Why, who knows, but I think that a player like Kimmorley to be a star needs a team to be built...

    And that is exactly the biggest problem with his game, he will make you 50 plus tackles, but at the same time do f#$k all in attack, unlike Hindmarsh who just works overtime in both attack and defence.
