Umm.........wow, hope they don't put their houses on it?
We need
@madunit to give us some history to tell us when it's our turn?
Lets look at the facts

Combined - years where Balmain and Wests were both in the finals
1932
1945
1947
1948
1949
1950
1956

1960
1961
1963
1966
1975
So, in the Wests Tigers first 24 seasons (2000-23) they've made 3 finals campaigns
Balmain and Wests combined in their first 24 seasons (1908-31) appeared together in zero
However, the NRL has played 4724 games over the last 24 years
The first 4724 games (or closest to) were played between the seasons 1908-1970 (4707 games) and both sides were in 12 finals series at the same time.
It would be 5 more years before they'd do it again.
Then 30 years after that, after both sides had been merged together, they won a Premiership.
So all I can deduce is that we'll make the finals again in 2028. Then between 2029 and 2058 we'll merge with some other side and win the Premiership in 2058.
2058 will also likely be the year after Pascoe and Chairman Lee are no longer involved with the club.
