Would have liked to see an eligible youngster (if we have one) playing 7, for some experience?

I can’t remember the last time the team selections rang true. At last Someone has the knowledge, attention to detail, is able to think laterally and just gets it done..

Benji wants the boys to have the memory of a win when they’re running up and down the hills over summer. Even with limited options. That’s how he’s always rolled. And what better team than manly

Both 18-year-olds have played in Wests Tigers representative teams this season, progressing from SG Ball to Jersey Flegg, and more recently playing in the NSW Cup competition.

Laulilii is 100% 'home grown' having come through Wests Tigers pathways as a junior, beginning the journey as a 5-year-old with Liverpool Catholic Club Raiders.

Feledy is a northern beaches junior who also started out as a 5-year-old.

His journey to Concord started at Harbord, and quickly gathered pace this year.

“It hasn’t fully hit me yet, it’s a dream come true, and I am just so excited,” he said.

Play strong and go well lads, you are our future.

Both kids seem like they were leaders coming up through the grades so hopefully they can both bring those skills to first grade because we have been desperately missing leaders for the last 10 years
