    With Justin Hodges out and Wesser called into the side, i am worried that Shif will get moved out onto the wing to accomodate Wesser. For Shif's sake i hope not as he has earned that fullback spot.

    eels v raiders team list

    Does anyone know if we are going down game day, or the day before? I know last year we went down game day, and it showed, we were poor. I guess that was a sunday afternoon game, and this week it is a night game, but i still don't think travelling three hours on a bus is ideal preperation.

    Bresciano was the biggest disapointment for me. I thought he would step up, but he didn't seem to trouble the defence of any team much at all. But all in all I am proud of them all for the way they played.

    I would almost go so far as to say Andrew Ryan played better than Simpson. Simpson's rep form has only been so-so for a couple of years i think. (especially considering the quality back rowers not getting a look in).

    Not-so-Poore Eels go Dragons hunting

    I asked a friend who is a dragons supporter & former lower grader, and knows plenty about the game, who he would rather re-sign Poore or Henderson. He said Henderson, and i agree. I think he would be an awesome get, but i wouldn't be too disapointed if we picked up Poore.

    A week ago!, really seems longer. That is one of the quickest negotiations ever then!? They must have offered Johnny some serious coin and he hasn't even contemplated or asked if the Eels were willing to match it (or he flat out didn't want to play with Hagan. The "if's" are endless i guess)...

    Well he seemd pretty disapointed when told he could negotiate. Perhaps he was told he could look around (when we thought we had "it"). Then he has pulled the plug, we went back to Morris, and he has said bugger you, I have a decent offer from the Tigers?!. All started with a "perhaps".
