Why are these people in the team?

Ryan and Fitzgibbon would be the two major mistakes made by the Australian selectors in my view. For those questioning Buderus, get a brain, if you were to drop him on his perofrmance on Saturday you would also have to drop about 13 other players from the squad as well.

Who's Under More Pressure Now, GB or Aus?

Australia will always head into an International series with more pressure than the opposition. That is what happens when you dominate for decades. The GB public and team do quite a good job though heaping it onto themselves though, and I won't expect things to change any time soon.

Name your Australian and New Zealand sides for Game 2

Here is how I would go: Minichiello King Gasnier Cooper Tate Lockyer Johns Price Buderus Ryles Kennedy Hindmarsh if fit, if not O'Donnell Barrett Gower O'Meley Mason Waterhouse If fit, this squad should walk the rest of the Tri Nations.

    McGuire likely to miss TriNations

GB had no chance in the first place. I would experiment and give some youngsters a go ahead of the 2008 WC, because the likes of Deacon and Harris ain't going to be doing much damage this year let alone 2008.

    Brian McClennan - SHUT UP!!!

That was just dumb by McClennan. By all means, let him target Matt King and Timana Tahu, I'm sure both of these guys would take great pleasure in running round the likes of Jake Webster and Manu Vatuvei all night long.

    New Zealand A side named

The "A" team have a better backrow than the test team.

    The ref: Steve Ganson

Why on Earth for supposedly the highest honour in the game do we hire 2nd rate amateur referee's from amateur RL competitions all for the sake of neutral referee's. We have the best players from Australia, NZ and GB, yet we have some amateurs from the Bartercard Cup officiating them. Go figure.

    Goal Kicker for Roos.

C'mon people, give the guy a break. He is the best third man in the tackle playing the game today

    Kiwi Team

I think the team is rubbish, and one of the worst I've seen for quite some time for the Kiwi's. Their best chance past at the 2000 World Cup when they had quite a number of really good players in their prime playing for them. SBW and Benji Marshall are quality young players, but both injury...

    Kangaroo team-Tri nations I

Very good team. They should win every game of the Tri Nations comfortably. And to think the likes of Mason, O'Meley and Barrett could come in at any time.
  14. O

A national disgrace. Hindmarsh is ruled out -Mason plays unfit!!!!

I think the squad is about right. It is unreasonable to suggest that a squad be entirely made up of players in form. The players selected who are not in the best of form, Mason, Fitzgibbon and Ryan have the runs on the board and are hardened big match players, surely that should count for...

Let's abuse the people that made themselves unavailable

Well obviously then he might just have a problem, wouldn't you think ??

Let's abuse the people that made themselves unavailable

Well perhaps if International RL was a contest we might not have that problem. The other problem is, it is the off-season, these blokes aren't going to get the required operations done in January/February thus stifling their preperation for the NRL season and in some cases ruling them out for...

And, so, to the Tri Nations...

Just seems weird that the RFL seem to be going backwards by going from the almost 40 thousand at the COM last year to the max 25 thousand this year at the JJB and Galpharm. It would be a risk, but taking a GB and Aus game to London might just be what the code needed up there. I would have...

Let's abuse the people that made themselves unavailable

He can not play 4 games due to the fact that he has an ear problem which will most probably lead to deafness in later age unless fixed up. As for the terrorist attacks, it could be agued that it is even more dangerous now with the recent London and Bali bombings.

    Why wasn't Carl Webb picked?

Maybe because he's played about 1 game since SOO 2.

And, so, to the Tri Nations...

Why would you play Aus and GB games at the JJB and Galpharm infront of 20/25 thousand people when you could get upwards of 35 thousand at many of the much larger soccer stadiums up north or even in London ??
