    Congrats Captain

Couldn't agree more. Ben was a stand out today. I thought Frizell, Trent, Widdop and Witt were great too. Not a bad start at all, even considering we played an under strength Tigers.

    Breakout Season

Godzilla, that gave me chills. Bring on the season. I think with the experience we have now on board, and the boys having gone through two poor seasons, even Half Price would find it hard to derail us this year.

"...A Forum Statement to the board"

BFD great idea and initiative. At the risk of being controversial, I would tell them that in today's world running a club is like running a business. your product is what you deliver on the field. Your players and coach are your inputs, and investments. We should aim to be getting a little...

    Chase Stanley to the Bulldogs

Mate in return for JMoz they can have the entire Stanley family, the Stanley Chainsaw, Groat, Skeija and the rest of the crew Young brought on board for "depth". We have enough depth, we can see China from here.

    Prior Gone...

Couldn't agree more. WTF would we let Prior go to pick up a guy who hasn't been able to force his way into the Tigers team this year? Prior has been a great player for us, and at least we know what he can do. I just don't understand some decisions the board makes sometimes. If they ran a...

Announcement at Kogarah today: Coops retires

What a legend! We'll be judging all future centres by the standard he set. When my Daughter was still crawling around, I was watching a game, and Coops broke the defence line and was in the clear. As I do, I got up and started yelling at the TV. That's when my daughter said her very first...

    What happens if ???

IMO anyone can be a good coach if they have a great roster. Great coaches are those who can still achieve some positives when they have an average roster. We actually have a pretty good roster I think in 2013, if you exclude the obvious problem we have in the halves. Price should have been able...

The name keeps getting louder SHAUN JOHNSON

Mate, I completely agree. I would not get Johnson at the expense of Prior. But we have plenty of other areas we could cut. For one thing, lets stop buying players for depth, if they are never going to get a run. Then we have players like Fien, Horse and Coops leaving. That should create room for...

The name keeps getting louder SHAUN JOHNSON

I would sign him for that as well, with no hesitation. 2013 was meant to be a "re-building" year for us, but I don't think we done much re-building at all. It's not like we've tried new playes and new combinations to help us with a solid team for next year (unless you want to count the Chase...

Good luck to our UNsung Hero - 150 games

Fantastic player, always consistently good. Have a great game Flo. Win or lose you are a Dragons legend

    Roosters game

How ridiculous is the club going to look if they now sack Half Price, after extending his contract only a few months ago? Shows poor management, with no forward outlook and planning. Off the cuff decisions. The media will have a field day with this. Not that it's not needed...

    Roosters game

50 and then some. Make it stop please! Instead is sacking Folkes they should have given him the job. He would have done a much better job. Our defence is....well what defence?

    Thankyou sowie

I agree with all the comments posted here. Sowie was our saviour on so many occasions in the last few years when things looked dour. He has won us so many games with field goals and kicks from the sideline. Yes, I agree he hardly ever takes the line on, but he more than compensates by having one...

Did we play better without Soward?

IMO we were a lot better in attack simply because we had a little more variety. In the last few weeks we have been far too predictable with no creativity in attack. Having said that, their kicking game was a lot better than ours, and its lucky they could not capitalise on it. Better teams will...

The end of the road for 2013?

Truly aweful tonight. The forwards were easily outclassed, and our attack...well what attack? How about giving Steve Folkes a go? He did a bloody good job with the dogs many years ago, and let's face it, what could possibly go wrong?

The Duges-How will he go in the Red V?

Hahaha.....vodka cruiser consultant....I hope he knows he has a lot to prove to the Dragons and the fans. Time to repay the faith the club put in him. He may not have a perfect game, but he's got to show maximum effort. Plenty of cruisers after the game

    Thank you Nighty

Agree with your comments. nighty is the very best player we have right now. Just watch his reaction when he makes a mistake..he is shattered, then does everything he can to make up for it.. Should be a Dragon until he chooses to retire and then give him a job at the club.

    Rebecca Wilson comments

She is a major grub. It seems she will do or say anything to get some fame, but all she achieves is to make herself look like an idiot. She was part of the journalists that made the allegations that the "alledged injections" accelerated the death of John Mannah. Very insensitive so soon after...

More Whispers: Saint's Chase Rangi (Part II)

Just saw a few tries and assists from Rangi on You Tube. His kicking game and defence weren't bad at all. Then again the defence was woeful. Anyway, with Sowie marching on next year, who will be our first choice kicker?
